The agreement

Using SurveyAxis means accepting these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you are confirming you may do so.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done by people you share a survey with. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you can see and end active sessions from your account settings.

Your content

Your surveys and the responses to them remain yours. We store and process them to run the service and for nothing else. We do not sell them, and we do not use them to train anything.

What you may not do

Send unsolicited mail through the invitation collectors, collect data you have no right to collect, or use the service to mislead people about who is asking. An account doing any of these can be suspended.

Paying

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. An upgrade takes effect at once and is prorated; a downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Closing your account cancels a paid plan immediately.

Ending it

You can close your account at any time from your settings. We may end an account that breaks these terms, and will say why unless doing so would defeat the point.
