Reading your results

The summary

Counts and percentages for every question. This is the right starting point, and often the only view you need.

Individual responses

Every answer from one respondent, read together. Worth doing for the first handful of responses: it tells you quickly whether a question is being read the way you meant.

Comparing

Split the results by how people answered one question. This turns "sixty percent were satisfied" into "eighty percent in the north, thirty in the south", which is usually the question you were actually asking.

Crosstabs

A table of one question against another, with a test of whether the difference is larger than chance would explain.

Filtering

Narrow the results to a subset — one collector, one date range, or people who answered a particular way. Every view respects the filter.
